Who is responsible for customs fees?
Duties and taxes are subject to customs controls and may vary according to the laws of the country we ship to. Buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees. In some countries, import taxes might be required at delivery. It usually ranges from $100 to $150 and up, depending on the doll. The buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees. We will provide the assistance you need during this process. So, you don’t have to worry too much, relax, it’s not a big deal. (NOTE: Customers in the US do not need to pay any import taxes and fees.) Is the shipping discreet?
Yes, all packages are delivered in discreet packaging, there is no specific sign or labeling on the box that reveals the doll inside. If you do not want to receive the order at your home, we can send it to a FedEx/UPS store and you can pick it up there at your convenience.
How long will my doll take to arrive?
Mostly the in-stock doll would arrive in 3-6 days after the order, and the custom doll needs 3-4 weeks to receive. A silicone doll would cost more time than a TPE doll. Usually, you may receive the package in 8-15 days from the date you place the order. This is an approximate time, exceptions may apply. Furthermore, a delay is likely to be much longer than usual during Chinese special holidays such as the Spring Festival, National Day, etc.
Where is my doll made and shipped?
In-stock dolls are already finished and packaged well in the warehouse, they can be directly shipped from US/Germany/Spain warehouse. Custom dolls are made in China and shipped from China.
Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping to the USA, Europe, Canada, Australia, and most of the countries, but the receipt need to pay import taxes and VAT in Europe, we highly recommend the in-stock dolls because of no taxes, and if you have any concern, please let us know.
